Once we receive your order form, we will e-mail you an invoice and mailing address information.

Preparation

Gather all of your photos or digital prints. Place them in the order that you would like them viewed. For photos, please indicate order of appearance by attaching a numbered sticky note to the back of the photo. For digital prints, rename the images sequentially.

Do not

  • Do not scan photos that are cut into shapes (circles, hearts, stars, etc).
  • Do not crop/cut horizontal photos into vertical photos.
  • Do not send photos that are cut into shapes (circles, etc.).
  • Do not rely on placing photos in the correct order in the package as they may shift during shipment.
  • Do not put sticky notes on the FRONT of your photos.
  • Do not tape or glue photos together or to sheets of paper.
  • Do not write captions on the back of the photos. The order form has a place for you to write all the captions for the photos.

Hints for selecting photos

  • Choose photos that evoke emotion.
  • Choose action shots.
  • Choose close-ups rathar than far away shots.
  • Remember, you will only be able to include a limited number of photos from each time period. If two photos are similar, consider eliminating one of them.
  • Organize your photos chronologically (The Early Years, Our Family Grow, etc) or theme (Hobbies, Family Time, etc).

Production Time

The estimated time of completion is between 10-15 business days from the date we receive your materials. We will e-mail you a confirmation upon receipt of your materials.

Preview

Once we completed the DVD Photo Montage, we will e-mail you a link where you can preview your show. This will give you a chance to request for any changes, if any. The show will be available for online viewing for 3 days.

Payment

We accept personal check or money order. NO Credit Card.

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless requested otherwise.

Payment must be received before the DVD Photo Montage and your materials can be shipped.
